| Dr. Florkowski is a board certified eye
surgeon and a fellow in the American Academy of
Ophthalmology as well as the American Society of
Cataract and Refractive Surgery. He has been in
practice more than 10 years and has performed
thousands of refractive procedures. He has extensive experience in LASIK, LASEK, PRK and Refractive Cataract
Surgery and is recognized as a Top 50 Surgeon in
the United States for his surgical expertise and high volume of
refractive surgery.

| A medical graduate of the University
of Missouri in Kansas City, Dr. Florkowski was
honored with membership in the Alpha Omega Alpha
Society of scholarly physicians while in medical
school. He then studied eye surgery at the
prestigious Eye Foundation of Kansas City, where
the initial clinical trials for the excimer
laser in the United States were conducted. During
his medical training he was actively involved in
research and has published several articles. He
enjoys helping his patients free themselves from
their glasses and contact lenses! |
